All Subscription plans include a 14-day free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription will terminate immediately with no charges incurred.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the initial contract date (the "cooling-off period") without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us at nexalinkcommerce@mindsparklearn.com. If you request that the Services begin during the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that you lose your cancellation right once the Services are fully performed.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days of your paid Subscription, contact us at nexalinkcommerce@mindsparklearn.com and we will issue a full refund.
For annual subscriptions, a pro-rata refund may be issued for the unused portion of the Subscription term, subject to a 10% administrative fee. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the renewal date.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Custom development services, enterprise integrations, and professional consulting engagements are billed separately and are subject to the terms specified in their respective Statements of Work. These engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If you initiate a chargeback, your Subscription will be immediately suspended. We will contact you to resolve the issue. If the chargeback was initiated in error, we will reinstate your Subscription upon resolution.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied.
